Last week, I went to Singapore for a visit, and at the 7-11 convenience store at the Singapore Airport, I bought a few boxes of Yummy Kitchen Instant Laksa Soup Buns for my leftover tens of dollars, so that I could make my own bowl of Singaporean delicacy during my late-night snack time here.
Yummy Kitchen Laksa Soup Buns are divided into three bags, first boil the coconut milk of the soup packet (B), then add the spice packet (A), and finally the chilli paste (C), and then slowly cook for a few minutes to let the spices give out their respective flavours. The aroma after cooking is 80% to 90% similar to the ones you get in Singapore's local shops, and the flavour is not bad at all, but I finally changed it up a bit, by adding Taiwan's Hsinchu Rice Noodles, two slices of frozen chicken fillet and a cooked egg. Finally, I changed the style by adding Taiwan Hsinchu rice noodles, two slices of frozen chicken fillets and a cooked egg to make it look more decent. The flavour was excellent.
