【Taichung Tourism. Taiwan] Bake Your Own Bakery - Popular Bakeries

I seldom cook on weekdays, but I am interested in making cakes and pastries in bakeries, because the materials and tools are all available, and there are tutors to help and guide me, so I can say that there are no failures, and I feel a sense of success. Earlier on, I went to the Do-It-Yourself Bakery in Taichung, and there are more than 30 desserts to choose from, including biscuits, cakes, pies, and snacks, etc. I am very happy to have the chance to make cakes and pastries for my family.

The booking of the shop is quite full, so we suggest you to call and make a reservation before departure. Weekdays and holidays can be booked, of course, there is also on-site queuing, starting at 9:30am every morning, to the shop to fill out the information can go to eat a breakfast, once there is a vacant seat, do it yourself will be in the order of the queuing order to call the guests, but you must arrive at the shop within 15 minutes. The service is quite considerate, one person can make the cake, and the accompanying person can enjoy coffee, lemonade and tea for 49 RMB. Accompanying person can take photos for the baker to record the whole baking process.

After choosing the cake you want to make, you choose the apron. The shopkeeper will explain the process, give each participant a tablet and a timer, watch the video of the making process and start!  

I made Earl Gray Tea Madeleine, it takes 1.5 hours to finish. Prepare all the ingredients and follow step by step, it's not difficult!

My Earl Gray Tea Madeleine is out of the oven!!!! There are different boxes for different creations, not to sell the flowers, but the one on the right is my own, and it tastes ”extra” delicious! The shape is ”superb:, no flaws at all !!!! Am I right?
