Last Friday evening, on Metro Radio’s programme *Looking Back at Today*, The programme featured a new Western-style restaurant at Sai Ying Pun Station on Hong Kong Island, whose signature dishes include a richly marbled Australian grain-fed Wagyu steak and an incredibly juicy 60g tomahawk steak.
