Last Friday evening on Metro Radio’s programme *Looking Back at Today*, they featured Yayakiya in Tsim Sha Tsui—a late-night haven for Japanese yakitori and cocktails—highlighting signature dishes such as Wagyu sukiyaki, manju sushi – sea urchin sushi in a wafer cone, curry-flavoured rock prawn tempura, Wagyu diaphragm skewers, and homemade Japanese-style cheese tofu, amongst others, The restaurant also offers twenty to thirty varieties of exciting and enticing cocktails, whiskies and beers.
