However, the rice in \"Fat Maiden House\" was cooked too wet, I don't like rice with too much water, and I can tell that it is a low grade pearl rice, and the oil flavour of the eel didn't penetrate into the rice, is it a problem with the cooking technique? That's why there are a lot of people queuing up for eel rice all day long, waiting for 15 to 20 minutes on average is not uncommon. There is plenty of seating for 50 to 60 people, but it's not very comfortable. Eel rice and sashimi are all made in large quantities, and it takes less than three to two minutes from ordering to serving.
