It specialises in various cuts of beef, including beef brisket, tender brisket, rib brisket, shredded brisket, offal, tripe, beef tendon, beef tongue, oxtail… and so on. The beef brisket is fresh and of high quality, with the owner, Mr Li, personally visiting several butchers early every morning to select and source the meat. The stock is simmered from free-range chicken, pork bones and beef bones, and the beef brisket is prepared in several ways – in clear broth, curry or tomato-based soup.

If you’d like to try all the different cuts of beef, why not order a bowl of ‘Five-Treasure Soup Noodles’? The beef brisket is tender and melt-in-the-mouth—the quality is exceptional.
