Have you decided what to eat tonight? Let me tell you about the dinner I had on my own a couple of days ago. These \u2018wine-lees soft-boiled eggs\u2019, infused with the aroma of wine, are quite distinctive; the runny yolk is silky smooth and full of eggy flavour. It\u2019s a simple dish that really showcases the chef\u2019s skill. I also tried the restaurant\u2019s signature \u2018Braised Pork Belly with QQ Noodles\u2019. The QQ noodles are the result of careful collaboration between the owner and the noodle factory; they\u2019re rich in noodle flavour and wonderfully springy.
\nAlthough there are still several types of noodles to choose from in the restaurant, I really like this one. I\u2019ve heard that this place was once featured in the Michelin Guide; it\u2019s reasonably priced, so it\u2019s worth a try. The restaurant can only seat around 22 people.<\/p>\n
