The programme is based on Chapman To's one-year absconding trip to Taiwan in 1992 to avoid debts. He revisits the places he used to visit in Taiwan, witnesses the changes in these places, and interviews local people to find out the feasibility of living in or moving to Taiwan nowadays. In the 10th episode, a map of Taiwan is presented with ten restaurants.
